Become a Vendor


Hope On The Hill is a fantastic family event for competitors of all ages.  The main goal of the race is to bring together an amazing community to support a fantastic cause.  We expect hundreds of high school students, community members and running enthusiasts to come out on April 22, 2018 and help us support cancer awareness and research.  This will be our first event and we are conservatively estimating 500 - 1,000 local participants.  If you are interested in setting up a vendor tent at the event please contact us.

The cost to host a vendor tent is $100 for the day.  This can be a monetary donation or it could be an in-kind donation.  We also have a number of sponsorship options available with some great advertising perks if you are interested.  Please click this link to view the document.  

If you are interesting in serving food onsite at the event, please make sure you check with the Town of Simsbury, CT to fill out the appropriate paperwork.  

Any donation over the amount of $250.00 will receive a tax deduction letter from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to be used with your year end taxes.

  • Silent Auction Prizes
  • Donated lacrosse apparel or equipment for the children at the Jimmy Fund.
  • Donated customized apparel for the event staff.
  • Free give aways for our athletes. 

***Please note all of the vendors at our event have been approved by the Northeast Classic and have received the appropriate permits from the City of Simsbury, Connecticut to sell merchandise or food at the events. The Town and the Northeast Classic does NOT allow individuals to sell merchandise, food or drink in the parking lots of the event or on Westminster's main campus without permission or a permit.***
